FAQ
Frequently asked questions
If something here doesn't answer what you came for, write to shea@equinebalance.net. Real reply, not a ticketing system.
Who are these courses for?
Equine bodyworkers, physiotherapists, veterinarians, and horse owners who want a structured introduction to biodynamic craniosacral therapy. No prior bodywork training is required for Level 1. Levels 2 and 3 expect that you have completed the previous level.
How is the work different from biomechanical horsemanship?
Biomechanics asks "where does this body resist, and how do I move it." Biodynamic craniosacral therapy asks "what is the body already trying to do, and how do I follow it." The two are not in conflict, but they are different starting points. The courses on this site teach the biodynamic frame.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes. When you complete every lesson in a course and pass the knowledge check, the platform issues a personalised completion certificate automatically. The certificate has a unique verification id; you can print it directly from your dashboard.
How long do I have access?
Lifetime access. Your enrolment never expires. You can revisit a lesson the day you buy it or three years later — same login, same dashboard, same progress.
Can I get a refund if the course is not what I expected?
Yes. We honour a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on every paid course. Write to shea@equinebalance.net from the email you registered with and we will issue a full refund. After 30 days the sale is final.
Do you offer in-person training?
Yes. Hands-on clinics run at Camp Carter in Fort Worth, Texas. See the In-Person Classes page for the schedule and what to bring. Online students often take an in-person clinic between course levels.
How do bundles work?
A bundle is a single SKU that enrols you in every included item at checkout. For example, the Complete Practitioner Pathway includes the three online levels and both ebooks; one purchase, five enrolments, lifetime access to all of them.
Are the ebooks separate from the courses?
Yes. The ebooks are standalone purchases (or bundle items). Buying an ebook gives you the download immediately from your dashboard. Buying a course enrols you in lessons and the knowledge-check quiz.
How do I get help if I get stuck on a lesson?
Email shea@equinebalance.net with the lesson title and your question. Replies are usually within two business days. For technical issues with the site itself, the same address.
