Send an email to shea@equinebalance.net with:
- The page URL where it happened.
- What you tried to do.
- What happened instead.
- Your browser and operating system (for example, "Safari on macOS 14").
Screenshots and short screen recordings help a lot. We don't run an automated ticketing system; the email above is the fastest path.
Browsers we test on
- The latest two stable releases of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
- Mobile Safari (iOS 17 and 18) and Chrome on Android.
Older browsers may render correctly, but we don't actively fix issues that only reproduce in them.
Status & outages
If the site itself looks down, please try once more after sixty seconds before writing in — most blips are short and resolve themselves. If it's still down, let us know and we'll investigate immediately.
Account-level security
If you think your account has been accessed by someone other than you, sign in, change your password from the password reset flow, and then email us so we can audit the recent activity on your account.
